My name is Rhonda Burke and I’m a transformation leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex business and technology changes. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, customer experience, and delivery—bringing clarity to complex projects and ensuring that technology investments translate into real, measurable outcomes.

I began my technology career as the founder of  the RED group,  a consulting practice where we delivered CRM solutions for clients across Atlantic Canada. From there, I went on to grow and lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 practices within organizations like Endeavour Solutions, KPMG, Hitachi Solutions and Deloitte. Across these roles, I’ve worked through numerous multifaceted and sometimes intense programs. Whether I started with early discovery and solution design through to implementation,  or stepped in to help get a failing project back on track, I have always focused on aligning technology to business goals and empowering teams along the way.

I’m known for guiding teams through complex situations, building strong relationships, and stepping into challenging situations to help teams regain momentum and deliver with confidence. Leading a program, advising executives, or supporting delivery teams, my goal is always the same: to make transformation clear, achievable, and successful.
